After I got over this issue, I filled the clock with great photos of my entire immediate family and was VERY pleased with the presentation. The multi-colors are very impressive and fit in on almost any room color you may have in your home.Suggestions to Amazon, or the manufacturer of the clock: make a MUCH larger version of this clock so that it can be used as the PRIMARY display in a room.NOTE: Do NOT TOUCH THE HANDS OF THE CLOCK, I DID THIS WITH THE FIRST CLOCK I PURCHASED TO SET THE TIME AND THE "SIMPLE" CLOCK MECHANISM FAILED TO WORK AT ALL. They are not as well made as I had hoped, and on the face of the clock is a silver logo, which does not show up on the product photo. As we have not utilized the clock feature, I cannot say how well the time is kept, but the hands are quite thin and bend easily.
