This provides a professional look and the ability to use your phone for other tasks. Also, if you want to add your videos to GSV you need accurate GPX files that this device provides.The price seems steep but for what you are getting in return it makes up for it.Also, if your taking real estate photos for MLS, this fits perfectly on Pivo’s 63” portable tripod, leaving only the 3 legs needing to be removed in post - a task far quicker than typing this sentence.The tripod combined with this GPS accessory and a quick release mount such as Falcam’s F22 quick release plate and you have an inexpensive setup ready to make money.Don’t forget a good case for your One RS 1”, Tomat makes a good portable zipper case for $20 that usually has a coupon attached. Have no idea why that is. Also when doing the gps it only connects when it choses, which is usually not when you want it to. Kinda pathetic if you ask me. It's a lot of $$$ for this remote but I'll have to say it works way better than the gopro remote ever did, at least the one I had. I like the fact that it'll turn the camera on when you ask it to and off when asked, that's worth it right there. GPS and the stats are just a perk but don't count on them to function when you want them too. Also The stats won't be on a edited video, it has to be raw. What's up with that insta????
