Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 100 x 57g rolls. - To make 100 rolls, place the entire contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 2.25L of warm water. Use a dough hook mixer on a slow speed for 1 minute. Then continue to mix for 7 minutes on medium speed. Cut to shape as required and form into bap shape.
