Gives you an "edge" but there is no way in hell you can focus on a session with this bloody itch. Could be just me. I've had other pre-workouts and they haven't given me any jitters but have achieved the focus.Disregarding the jitters, the taste is very plastic-like, tastes like berries but at the same time it's bitter. Might recommend going with a sour-taste I think it could be achieved easily and would be better. After about 3-5 times trying it was trying to fight it in the end not to throw it all up.Not for me for sure. ### ⭐ As I've stated, could just be me. I've tried a lot of pre-workouts, as well as trying individual ingredients and this product just made me feel ill. Something in this didn't agree with my body and due to this gave me some of the worst workouts I had ever had as I felt rather ill using this, not to mention the taste as horrid although that usually doesn't bother me with pre-workouts.
