This kit does not fit the Midwest cans that I have. My Midwest cans have a thread that is 1.800 major diameter (top of threads), 1.660 minor diameter (bottom of threads) and a pitch (peak to peak) of about .287". Measured these with a digital caliper, so not perfect but close enough. These did fit other cans so I am happy with them. **Q: Are these uv resistant? Last time I bought translucent nozzles that split from sun-rot in less than a year.** A: There’s no mention being UV resistant but if gas can is kept away from direct sun it will last many years to come since it’s a thicker grade material **Q: Can you order a replacement screw bit?** A: No need to order another bit. Just go to the local hardware store and buy a 5/16 inch (7.94 mm) drill bit. **Q: Can you store these with the spout inside the can? then use the cap to seal it?** A: This spout does not go inside the can.
