I was looking for a basic standing desk and chose the Ibo because it was by far the least expensive. Nonetheless the desk exceeded my expectations. It is solid and stable and has features I was not anticipating: tilting surface and fitted metal ruler; presumably it is suitable for a draftsman. Assembly was a bit more complex than expected but that was because it has more features than I anticipated; the packaging, process and instructions were up to the best Ikea standards. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was fortunate that the damage was on the leading edge of ... *by A***R on 24 December 2017* As per the review concerning damage the corners of this item definitely need some form of protection. I think they sent it out again and it was my turn.I was fortunate that the damage was on the leading edge of the desk and so is hidden under the corner moulding of the pen tray. If it were on the back edge it would have had to be returned.The assembly instructions are at best passable and I still have no idea what the multi coloured rubber strips are for. I used a drill to make some pilot holes for the underside desk brackets as the indentations provided looked like a pencil had been pressed into them.
