By the time you buy the pattern, fabric and notions, you're into it a pretty penny!! **Q: How much fabric needed for large suit< or any you made >PJTiger** A: I'm reading the back of the pattern. 4 1/4 to 4 5/8 yds (depending on which style you choose) if it is 60" wide fabric for size XXL. For 45" wide fabric, 5 1/4 to 6 yds. You will also need 32" (minimum width) pocket lining--a half yd. You will need 1/4 yd of 24" wide fusible interfacing. Extra fabric needed to match design or for shrinkage. Hope this helps--I sell it, but didn't make it. **Q: How much fabric needed for large suit< or any you made >PJTiger** A: The yardage (taken from the envelope) depending on chosen style, garment size and fabric width will be anywhere from 3 3/8yds to 6 yards. Linda B advice is only good if making size large in short sleeves.
