Package is sent via regular mail with no special packaging. My first one got delayed by 10 days, I requested a replacement, and a replacement was sent. They both arrived at the same day, and I expected at least one of them to be ok, but both items were not good. One item had sealing ruptured and all the liquid drained out and soaked the mail package, another item sealing was fine but the meat smelled weird and had a sticky residue on the outside.
