I see myself buying a lot more eggs and heavy cream in the future... The only thing I didn't love is that it has a switch you can flip so that you don't have to keep squeezing the trigger. But squeezing it is hardly difficult and if I somehow drop it, I want it to be off before it hits the floor. Maybe for some this is a useful feature (like for restaurant use), but to me it's a potential hazard.

A: It's not very long. Maybe about 6-7 inches? But it's well built and so far I've had no issues with it.
