As a result I have started to develop the “tech hunch” and really don’t like it. The first day I used this I noticed a difference and loved that it kept me upright are more aware of how I need to be standing. The first time you put it on it needs to be adjusted and a helping hand is great to get it set. After the initial adjustment it is easy to slip on and off over your head sorta like putting a hoodie on. I wear it maybe 3-4 times a week and I feel like I am getting in a habit of standing more upright which is GREAT!
