Headphones were immediately recognized by the computer and started working without any additional configuration. Was a welcome surprise. Audio sound is good, microphone is good quality as well. The volume and mute buttons on the cord make it convenient for quick in-call adjustments. Both work as expected. I use the headphones for work meetings, so they are in my ears for several hours a day. The buds are light and comfortable. No irritation or soreness from the extended use. I've grown accustomed to buds that have the plastic attachment which helps with external noise reduction, compared to those, these feel a little "loose", but it doesn't affect the sound quality. The only change I'd suggest is a bigger visual clue on the buds to identify the left from the right. They are shaped to fit your ears, which they do nicely, but I have to look at them very closely every time I put them in to get the left and right sides correct. For the money, these were a great purchase, that are comfortable and worked right out of the box.

I bought this product because other earbuds and headphones fall off my ears regardless of the adapters or gels I can wear. The design of these earphones is great, they stay in place. The audio of the earphones is outstanding and they work right out of the box, no additional driver needed. There was a little issue I encountered with these. When using them for meetings, my coworkers told me I sounded far away. I changed the mute button of the mic and still sounded far away. I had to hold the mic closer to my mouth and the issue was resolved. Other than this little issue, all works as expected.
