I only have one minor complaint about the fit. The original battery pack fits and clips in very tightly at the bottom. These Elxjar batteries fit a little looser, so there is a bit of a gap (very small) between the battery and the radio. Maybe 1/16" or less. But noticable. Not any kind of issue as far as how they work, just something to be aware of, I would take away 1/4 of a star and give these 4.75 stars out of 5. I like having a couple of spare batteries because overall I am NOT impressed with battery life on the Kenwood TH-D75. Looks like the cells puffed up and the case is bulging ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great with my TH-D75A. *by B***R on June 9, 2024* I have fully discharged one of these batteries at least 8 times now and it appears to last as long as my Kenwood factory batteries in my D75. Installation onto the radio and the retention feels pretty much exactly the same as my OEM batteries and I have never had the battery come off without me intentionally taking it off. I'm very happy so far and will probably buy another set since these cost so much less.
