The instructions are in Chinese so you need to be familiar with how to operate multimeters (or fluent in Chinese). I had to adjust the zero before using. You will need a 9V and a 1.5V C battery. After inserting batteries the fit was a bit tight and it was necessary to push down the leading edge of the sliding cover in order for it to click into place, otherwise it came up out of its slot. For what you get, this meter is very inexpensive. There are many occasions when an analogue meter is more informative than a digital one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little unit *by E***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 November 2020* Bought when my original antique meter broke.
