Would recommend, has good waist support with pockets.If not using water pouch ideal for light shopping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Not big enough *by J***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2023* I’m torn with this review as I do really like the product, it just isn't large enough for what I need.I’ll start with the positives, it is very well padded on the back and I really like the addition of the reflective insulation to keep your water cool.The hydration bladder hose comes up out of the bag via the shoulder strap and you can choose your preferred sideIt has good reflective strips which would be helpful if cycling or walking at night.There is an emergency whistle however I didn’t try this as I am returning the product.Unfortunately the bag itself is just not big enough to fit the hydration bladder and a lunch box inside which is what I need it for. The reflective insulation is quite thick which I feel takes up valuable space inside the bag.I really did like the bag and if it was slightly larger to allow me to put a good sized lunch box inside I would have kept this bag.My item also arrived and there didn’t appear to be a clip for the hydration bladder hose to which I thought it was supposed to have.If you are ordering this purely for using the hydration bladder I think this would be a really good product.
