Most bed frames have a lip on the left and right side of the frame that stops the mattress from sliding off the frame. Unfortunately this also stops two mattresses from being able to butt up side by side, leaving a gap between the two mattresses. **Q: is this to make 2 x 2' 6'' beds into a king or 2 x 3' to a super king** A: I think it's 2' 6" to king sized. Tbh though we only used this product once. The strap constantly kept riding up around the mattresses and the fleece centre piece dropped down inbetween the gap after single use. A nice concept but in reality not that good. **Q: is it portable? can it go in a suitcase?!** A: It is a strap that joins the two mattresses together with a fleece center piece so you don't feel the join folds very small so will fit into a suitcase **Q: Does the concepts work on two single divan beds** A: Kind of, i joined together two divans BUT the product is terrible if you're going to use it for more than a night or two. The strip in the middle slips down into the gap between the beds, and the strap which runs around rides up and off the mattresses.
