When I received it, It seemed awfully heavy for a down filled comforter as I already have one and I know they are not heavy. The tag on the comforter says it is alternative down filled/ 100% cotton cover/ polyester fill- NOT down filled. I was purchasing this to replace an alternative filled comforter on my guest bed, which is very flat , which by the way only cost around $30, so $75 for this one is outrageous, since it is NOT what I had hoped for.
