Review: Don't listen to the negative reviews! This product is AMAZING! - Had this almost an entire year! Absolutely love it. My house is 4000 sq ft and I do not have it hooked into the HVAC system. I have it downstairs set on 45 second intervals with 180 second breaks. The whole house smells fantastic! The oil is a bit pricey so always make sure you get the 500ML bottle, it is a whole lot cheaper that way. I've only had to refill it twice so it is worth the money considering what I was paying for other kinds of plug ins. Programming can be a little tricky but with some patience you'll be just fine. I don't notice the noise at all and it fits nicely on the shelf. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I think the negative reviews on here are wrong. I'm leaving this review as I order two more. One for my parents because they absolutely love the way my house smells and one for the camper so it always smells like home too!!!

**Q: The top of the listing it says it comes with a oil, the bottom part of the listing says no oil included. Which is it and if it is included what scent?**
A: Hi!  Mine came with Heaven scent bottle and then there was also a gift to sign up for a free bottle.  I love both my scents.  I have the Aera diffuser which I do not care fore other than it's wife enabled. None of their scents are appealing.  The Majic Scent has great fragrances to choose from. This is my second machine. One for home and one for the business.

**Q: Two questions: Warranty and coverage? What’s the warranty? What’s the coverage area (specs say 1000sq ft and description says 2000 sq ft?**
A: Warranty you can purchase separately,  covers only 1000 sq ft

**Q: Can I use other brand scents with this?**
A: Yes

**Q: Coverage- why is this false advertising 2000 sq feet of coverage, when it’s actually only 1000 sq feet?**
A: I believe the sf should be 1000 my unit works ok but runs almost constantly I may send it back and order a larger size my home is 1700 sf

### ⭐ DIFFUSER'S PERFORMANCE DECLINES OVER TIME! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM A PREVIOUS REVIEW! Magic Scent customer service has responded to my emails. After suggesting I clean and run alcohol through my diffuser for 10 minutes, which I have done several times, with no improvement. Little scent comes out of diffuser and it still leaks at bottom. They now suggest I send it back to them for further evaluation and possible repair per my warranty. The warranty expired 2 months prior. I asked them you are asking me to send it to Magic Scent in Fla. to and from plus at my expense pay for the repairs too? They have not responded after 3 days. This product has poor reliability and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DIFFUSER FROM MAGIC SCENT! I purchased this Magic Scent Diffuser Aug' 2024. For the first 9 months it worked great. My condo was filled with the pleasant scent that it was purchased for. Then over the next several months I noticed a steady decline in performance. I clean it on a regular basis. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested a thorough cleaning with alcohol, which had already been performed prior. So I cleaned it again. Now very little scent comes out of this diffuser and it is leaking oil at the bottom. I reached out again to Magic Scent customer service again this time with NO REPLY back from them. I understand it is barely out of warranty, however I expected more out of this product and more from customer service.P
