**Q: what is a single tablet dosage?**
A: 600 mg;  180 pills in the bottle;  take 3 pills 1-2 x per day

**Q: does this help with  weight loss**
A: Glucomannan expands and absorbs water in the stomach.  It can help you "feel full"  quicker as well as being a great fiber intake.  This does help some to lose weight. However, it really depends on the rest of one's lifestyle and what they are eating before feeling full. :)

**Q: Where is this made and shipped from?**
A: It says "globally sourced" so probably China.

**Q: What type of gelatin is used? I cannot use pork derived gelatin.**
A: Bovine.  Nutricost never uses porcine gelatin in any of their products. They only use vegetable, bovine source, or a vegetable that's for organic products.
