This just seemed more solid and had some nicer touches that the other didn't have (sliding top drawer as well as bottom, rubber feet, more solid). So I have to say this is a better deal and nicer quality than I had first given it credit for.******************************************This is a sturdy, basic under sink sliding shelf organizer that functions well and should last. The drawers slide smoothly and if assembled correctly, it's quite sturdy. The 4 included hooks are a nice touch even though I don't expect to use the for my application.A couple of notes:1) The drawers and main shelves are plastic, while the supporting rods are metal. I think the plastic is high enough quality to remain sturdy and shouldn't break on its own if using normal cleaners, bottles, etc (i.e. not something extremely heavy) in it. The rods being metal I think will be important to long term stability.2) The "feet" on the bottom are just stubby rubber pads, so there's essentially no/extremely low clearance between the support of the bottom shelf and the floor of wherever you place it on. Again, this isn't a demerit for me, but just something to be aware of.So I do think it's a nice product that delivers on its promised functionality. Why 4 stars vs 5? Well, given that it's mostly plastic, it seems to me that it could be priced somewhat lower to provide greater bang-for-buck to the customer.
