Kept a water soaked cloth on the dark blue side for half an hour & later, the item on other side of the tarpaulin was completely dry.It is okay to look but the stuff is bright blue in color from one side & hard with stiffness & difficulty in straightening the material.Try higher priced for soft & less wrinkles & reduced or no or slight elevations & depressions.Also check the location of holes.
