This is surprisingly easy to set up, use, clean and not a problem to store. The chicken comes out beautifully every time. I have made a homemade seasoning and I have used McCormicks Rotisserie chicken seasoning, delicious. Like one other reviewer wrote, sometimes it is more entertaining than the TV.
