Not only do we end up in odd positions holding animals, we work on computers dmfor 10+ hours a day. At my age, its caught up with me. It's nice and fuzzy inside so I'll just have the sleeve of a hoodie as a barrier from making it too too cold and use the Velcro straps to hold it in place. I can still snack and work the remote because it snugly secures to my wrist. And you can use it on either side. My one and only complaint is that they need to fix the area where the thumb goes through. The edge is very sharp. Why not add some lining or padding there so it doesn't cut into your thumb base.
