I recently started cooking low carb and the almond flour and coconut flour tend to stick more in the pans than regular flour. I purchased these hoping that they would be more nonstick. These work perfectly. I made some muffins tonight that were made from almond flour and they popped right out the the mold. They are a bit flimsy when pouring batter so i put them into a muffin tin and then put in the batter.These are a medium size mold.They also work great in my daughters lunch box as separators for different items. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Spent hours researching, you get what you pay for, work well but not ideal *by A***S on April 12, 2016* I spent hours reading reviews trying to find a good set of silicone baking cups to invest it. These worked great for me (note that silicone baking cups are best for baked goods you want to stay moist in my experience). However, I found out later that, as these are on the cheaper end, they are not 100% silicone but have plastic fillers in the middle, and considering that microwaving in plastic has a definite negative effect on the food in the container, I extrapolate that baking food in a silicone baking cupcake with a plastic filler is also not beneficial.Pinch test: Fail. (Shows that there is plastic filler, not 100% silicone.)Size: Perfect, same as regular baking cups.Color: As pictured.Baking: I used a cupcake pan, didn't even try them on their own. They're hardier than paper baking cups but still pretty flexible in comparison to my 100% silicone set.Dishwasher experience: The first time went great and they stayed in place, the second time they ended up all over the dishwasher. I guess it might depend on your dishwasher or on what else is in there, but it's hand washing for me, which isn't as awful as it sounds once you get the hang of it.Note: Make sure everyone understands that these are reusable and not to be thrown away - I quickly lost one after a party (with adults, not even kids) and I imagine it's in a dumpster somewhere. In my circle at least, people are not used to these.Final assessment: I will not be using these anymore given the plastic concern. I am very happy with my new purchase of these 100% silicone baking cups: [...]and find that having more than 12 is fantastic as many recipes make 12+ cupcakes/muffins. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Egg muffins and poached eggs come out clean. *by M***A on December 31, 2015* I am trying a diet that focuses on higher protein meals. I bought these to line my old metal pans and they fit just right. I make a 12 egg scrambled egg-sausage-veggie-shredded cheese mix and pour evenly into the 12 silicone lined muffin cups. Bake 25 minutes. The first time I didn't have these liners but I brushed with Crisco and lined with parchment paper, then brushed Crisco over the parchment again. They stuck and I had trouble peeling off the parchment paper. I bought these and made the recipe again. I forgot to oil them. Guess what?! They don't need it! The little egg muffins came right out!! My husband put four of them into a 10 in pan of boiling water and made cute poached eggs. Worked very well. I soak them in warm soapy water and towel dry to keep them in good condition.
