Add the melted chocolate, tap on counter top to settle and release trapped air, refrigerate for 45 minutes, lightly twist molds, and tap upside down onto tray and the chocolate animals pop right out!..... The grandkids are coming over this weekend, and they get to make their own chocolat candy "critters!"
