It is the best thing for cleaning pots and pans. And after you clean what you need to clean, the sponge itself cleans very easily with a little dish soap and hot water. I’ve been using mine every day for two months and it looks like I just got it. For sanitary reasons I clean it about twice a week in a mixture of warm water and a couple tablespoons of bleach and it’s like new. it’s a abrasive enough to clean stubborn food particles yet doesn’t harm any of my pots and pans even nonstick and enamel.
