Her clippers worked so efficiently when we tried it on my dog that I thought I should get one myself so that I could keep my dogs coat short and tidy. However the Lister Legato Trimmer I purchased doesn't seem to work properly. Ive kept the blades clean and oiled as instructed, but one minute it will cut her hair and then all of a sudden it wont. Every so often Ill try it again, telling myself it must be something Im doing wrong. But Ive followed the instructions and still they don't work properly. I very rarely order on line and have resigned myself to the fact that if id made my purchase from a local shop I could have taken it back and got a refund. I have emailed the company I purchased these clippers from with a LONG list of the problems I've been having and they have chosen to ignore my message.
