I'd say my are normal or maybe even a it on the narrow side. So the arm seams didn't match up and I am left with untidy bulges of material at each side and at the front and back. So it only fits certain types of sofa and not all sofas.i have put blanket throws over to hide the ugly extras but that defeats the purpose of buying the cover in the first placethe quality of material is great and the coloud is lovely.
