This technology uses a low-friction elastomeric liner, which allows the helmet to rotate independently around your head in the event of an angled crash. Ultimately, this technology reduces the rotational forces transferred through the helmet, giving you the peace of mind needed to charge at high speeds and put it all on the line in the park. The remainder of the Luxe X is pretty much identical to the standard Luxe, and that's a good thing if you're seeking a lightweight helmet that's incredibly stylish. In-Mold construction keeps overall weight to a minimum, while the RCS fit system dials in a custom fit with the quick flick of the rear control knob. It's packing Pret's VTT3 ventilation ports with a slider that opens and closes up the vents, so you can control the airflow to the conditions outside. It's finished off with a cozy liner of wool-blended fabric, which provides the softness, warmth, and moisture-wicking comfort you'd expect from a helmet of this caliber.
