We looked at new hardware for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets because they were the 80’s brass color on top of orange-ish oak cupboards. We looked at Home Depot, Lowes, etc for these trendy cylinder-like bar pulls and it was going to be $100+ easily to update them. I took a risk on these black 3” bar pulls and ordered 2-3 boxes. We LOVED them. Super easy to install, the finish was a matte texture that didn’t feel like it would wear off, and the black on orange oak looked SO good (didn’t think that was possible but it toned down the orange). We used the same bar pull through the entire house and I couldn’t believe how much of a difference a $30 update could make. The bar pulls are also very practical in design, I particularly loved them in the kitchen when I reach for drawers without always looking. When we sold the house a year later, 3 realtors from the buyers commented on how nice the hardware was and the consistent feel throughout the house. I’m leaving this review almost a year later because I’m purchasing these again for our new home! Awesome Amazon find.One caveat if you care, my friend pointed out that the bar pulls are hollowed out so they have less of a “luxury” high-end feel because they aren’t heavy. I thought that was a bit pretentious honestly because they’re light and sturdy on the cabinets and work well.
