Review: lovely dosa's - Love Dosa's from my local curry house and wanted to try and make them myself. Had a look at the recipe and the batter needs fermenting for 14 hours. That put me off. Saw Dosai mix and it makes dosa's real easy, although it does take a bit of practice to find the right heat and consistency of the batter.
