Review: Kaufgrund war, dass ich den Keimdruck in meinen Aquarien kontrollieren wollte (kl. Aquarium ist 60l ohne UVC-Klärer, das andere 240l mit UVC). Wie man auf den Fotos sieht, hat das sehr gut funktioniert. Da genügend Probe Röhrchen enthalten sind, habe ich auch gleich mein Warmwasser, Kaltwasser, sowie den Wasserfilter überprüft (leider keine Fotos gemacht, da nach 48h außer bei Warmwasser nichts erkennbar). Wichtig hierbei erst gut Wasser laufen lassen (Labor würde das bis zur Temperatur Konstanz machen, vorher den Perlator anschrauben und die Armatur ausflämmen). Sonst überprüft man nur seinen Wasserhahn und da wird man ziemlich sicher was finden. Man muss die Proben immer gleich behandeln und kann dadurch einen Vergleich ziehen. Es ist also kein Equipment nötig auch wenn man natürlich im Optimalfall einen Brutschrank hat. Alternativ soll man laut Anleitung die Proben bei der Temperatur lagern, die die zu prüfende Flüssigkeit hat. Man weiß natürlich nicht um was für Keime sich handelt. Auch sollte man bedenken, dass Bakterien und Pilze allgegenwärtig sind. Ich werde meine Warmwasseraufbereitung nicht umstellen, bloß wegen einem kleinen Pünktchen nach 48h. Wer hier genauer Bescheid wissen will kann die Dip Plades für eine Voruntersuchung nehmen und für die kritischen Proben dann ein Labor beauftragen. Es sind auch sehr gute Klebeetiketten enthalten. Die habe ich zuerst nicht benutzt da ich mir die Sicht nicht versperren wollte. Man muss aber nur den Deckel ein bisschen aufdrehen, dann sieht man alles.
