Review: Product defective but was replaced by American Crafts. - The disc cartridge is not punching the middle holes. Circle cartridge punches, but still had to pull out the circles from the paper. REVISED: The Company sent a replacement for the Multi Cinch. Both cartridges are working as they should. Customer service was excellent. Thank you, American Crafts and Mr. Gorton (support), for the service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Multipurpose cinch love this *by B***A on April 6, 2025* This multipurpose cinch works great. I used to create small books I used the original circle that worked great no problem. I used it on cardstock and also computer paper. I tried the heart punch on the same material and it also worked well on these materials. The heart point at the top worked fine with the smaller wire it may bend the point a little if it’s used with thicker wire. I didn’t have any so I am not sure.
