Review: Anteriormente escribí esta reseña “El cable se siente de buena calidad y hace una comunicación sin retraso y en el Xbox X funciona perfecto al igual que en el Nintendo oled pero yo lo compré para mi ps5 y no carga el control para nada y en la descripción dice que es para ps5 pero la verdad es otra” Pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo para solucionar mi problema y me parece fantástica su atención al cliente, solucionaron mi problema enviándome otro cable sin costo alguno desde la fábrica y no tardo más que 8 días en llegar pero es simplemente perfecto, superó mis expectativas lo cual me dice que el primer cable solo tuvo un pequeño defecto de fabricación por lo cual no cargaba el control del PS5 pero con todo lo demás cumplía bien y en mis otras consolas funcionaba perfecto pero este nuevo cable que es el mismo que venden en la publicación funciona perfecto en todo incluso carga mis audífonos gaming desde la consola sin ningún problema
Review: I saw another review claiming it does not disconnect easily, so I had hope, but I had the exact opposite experience with both an Xbox controller and a generic replacement. This cable goes from fully plugged into the controller, to falling out onto the floor, if I so much as tilt the controller far enough forward for gravity to kick in. This is with the cable mostly resting on the couch, so the actual weight the port connection is taking is about 18 inches' worth at most. Since the whole point was to get a cable that lets me keep playing when the controller's charge runs low, I'm not impressed. Into the bin with it.
