Review: This may not be the version of Atkins you want... - Note that this book (ISBN 978-0198851318) is the second volume of a two-volume "sampling" of the original one volume book (ISBN 978-0198847816). It is a special "shortened" version. This volume contains Topics 7 through 13 only. The original single volume book covers Topics 1 through 19, i.e. Topics 14 through 19 are not here. The combined price for the two separate volumes is roughly double that of the single volume (at the time of my review). It is on the other hand lighter and therefore easier to carry, and is most of the last half of "Atkins" (a widely acclaimed classic). It comes with a "scratch-off" (single use) access code to online resources.
