It doesn't only work for a dog bark or does it also turn on with general noise?** A: No. It has to be loud and bark like sounding. If I pretended to be a dog and bark I can trigger it, but not while talking normally. It seems to be a combination of type of sound (bark) and loudness. A small "rrrrufff" wouldn't do it. **Q: where can I find frequent issues for this product?** A: This device does not work, that is an issue with it, my dog barks through it and it doesn't stop him barking. **Q: Could these dog barking control devices cut down barking?** A: We have 3 dogs, and I started on medium settings for instant reactions. Two of them don't even attempt to bark, and one of them barked relatively quietly, Then I adjusted to a higher setting and he was barking less often.
