I happily raised two healthy plants with it so far and have now passed it to my friend for his first grow. The timer is a little weird as you have to initiate it the first time at the time you want it to come on/off. So if you want it to come on at 7 am you have to hit the timer button at 7am. It's not a big deal but I ended up using a regular timer. The remote is amazing however. You can control up to 4 of these lights with the one remote. The remote works over 30 feet away, too. You may want two if you are looking for the highest yield. Overall it's are great value.
