**Q: will this reduce the strain on my neck when attempting sit ups? I usually experience intense pain in neck and shoulders doing sit ups, will this help?**
A: Through poor technique with sit ups you may be straining and this will affect your upper spine and neck. This will help by allowing you to perform sit-ups correctly by supporting your lower back. Try to concentrate on the abdominal muscles and move as smoothly as possible, rather than jerking through the sit-up. I hope this helps, Paresh

**Q: I want it for lying on the floor, flat on my back; would it  be comfortable for that? Without support the arch in my back feels strained.**
A: No not for lying flat, it’s to arched for that. What it’s awesome for is stopping to back bruising as it roles up off the floor after a sit up
