It was too much for me - ankle debridement to have the whole foot iced. Too cold for me. They were very good about returns. **Q: Do you get a pair?** A: No you get one boot. So if you want a pair you have to buy two. **Q: Can I leave it in the freezer till I use it daily?** A: I do. I keep it in the freezer till I use it and put it right back in the freezer when I am done. **Q: It says it fits women 5-11 and mens 5-9 is that right because I’m looking for one that fits a size 12 mens.** A: This probably wouldn’t fit a size mens 12.
