I have since bought more colors. So far mine have not faded in the sun - I leave it in front of my business 24/7. I have a southern exposure and it storms here a lot but- the flags haven't had any damage - so well made! I requested a template a few times but was not given one. I am a designer and provide my own print-ready art. They are Chinese and seem to use translators for communication. However, they seem to try to provide the best service they can. I ordered 2 and one flag did not get printed correctly. The seller provided a refund without issue. I ended up having to buy a 3rd flag to replace the bad print. The one that was printed correctly came out GREAT! Great quality material and print. The colors were true to color and was bright. Keep in mind that the art provided will result in the final product. I definitely recommend this seller and this product. My only negative is the shipping time. They ship it a day or 2 after art approval, then another week to get it delivered. Mine was shipped with DHL and required a signature.
