They're similar - both contain mostly (di)sodium carbonate, which is washing soda, along with some sodium percarbonate, which is basically washing soda with hydrogen peroxide. The SDS for white revive lists it as disodium carbonate, but from the CAS number we know it's the same thing. The differences seem to be: - The regular Oxiclean has more sodium percarbonate: 30-60% instead of 10-30%, which means that the White Revive probably has more regular sodium carbonate. - The White Revive has some "Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), .alpha.-undecyl-.omega.-hydroxy-", which is a surfactant/emulsifier. - The White Revive has Tinopal CBS, which is an optical brightener.
