By the way, the smaller aji, also turns from green to red. This Goya aji amarillo is hot (spicy) and yumm very good! **Q: Is this spicy? Es picante?** A: Yes, very much. **Q: From one to ten how hot is it?** A: This really isn’t made to be directly consumed as is. If you taste it directly it is quite hot and because it is a paste it sticks around on your tongue/mouth. But prepared in a dish you can dilute it and spice to taste.
