Small wheels made it so easy to get from van, up on to the pavement Excellent piece of kit! STRONG! Review: Completely unfit for purpose!! - I order pretty much everything online and a lot from desertcart - this is one of the worst products I have ever purchased... Firstly - the instructions are very difficult to follow. I put together LOTS of flat-pack items over the years and I rarely find it a problem. These instructions were so, so difficult to work out. I had to enlist the help of a neighbour and even then it took the 2 of us over an hour to put together. In the end we looked up the photo online and used that as a visual guide. That was the only way we could work it out. Secondly - it's flimsy and falls apart when you use it. There are some small pins to hold the frame and wheels in place but these kept falling out as soon as we tried to use it. Several times the wheels fell off. Additionally, the wheels wobble a lot, which is not good when trying to move items and it took most of our energy to keep things steady. I bought this to help when I was assisting my daughter move from a ground floor to first floor flat. I wanted the ability to help move things up stairs and in particular I wanted it for a washing machine. This was genuinely more trouble than it was worth and ended up causing more problems.
