**Q: Is there a plastic peel off sleeve on the packaging? (113g) Mine had none**
A: Thank you for your message.  There is no plastic sleeve on the cream.  It is encased within the cardboard carton.

**Q: Are there ingredients in it other than whole milk cream?**
A: No its pure cream and it's delightful. Highly recommend it

**Q: Is this an individual portion**
A: It's bigger than that. It is 113 grams which is easily enough for 23 scones as part of a cream tea.

**Q: How do you keep it cold?**
A: Hi,We will dispatch in bespoke Rodda's insulated packaging which maintains its chilled temperature throughout the dispatch process.
