Even in the Edge, honestly. Unless you have a mini van and are going from the very front to the very back, I would say 6 is prob fine. The longer ones are very cumbersome and my vent adapter actually broke because the longer one got caught under something in the car and pulled it off. I wish I could trade mine for a 6 foot!! **Q: Is this compatible with a Subaru Outback? And, is this truly an effective option?** A: Yes this is a great option. I did break the connector part once but my husband fixed it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Doesn't fit over my vents *by A***2 on 22 May 2024* My initial thought was that it seemed quite expensive but hoped that this product might be a perfect solution to keeping my dog cool in his travel crate in the boot of my car. Sadly not. Unfortunately the Noggle doesn't fit over the air vents in my VW Tiguan, it was too big to cover one and not big enough to cover both so left a huge gap which meant all the aircon just escaped and didn't vent to the rear.
