The suspect with the Zooz 700 Stick that had a weak connection. I was about to quit but decided to try this ethernet z-wave controller as a final hail mary. I backed up the NVM in NodeJS UI and restored it to this new controller. Everything works flawlessly, with little to no delay in zwave commands between nodes.Yes, this thing is a glorified raspberry pi with a z-wave top hat but the setup is SEAMLESS and the price is okay. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Better than older model but still not up to current standards for Linux based devices. *by S***F on Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2023* When you get one of these, the first thing to do is remove the SD card and clone it as a backup. Then you're safe should the device corrupt the SD card, which happened to the first one I purchased. HomeSeer does not do a good job of keeping the OS software up to date, and updating the OS can break the Z-Net interface. They do not provide the password to login to the device so some Linux sleight of hand is required if you want to login to the box with SSH. I have found that a scheduled reboot is advisable to keep the interfaces reliable, which I do via the crontab file, thus SSH is required.
