Moans & groans are now missing when I turn in bed. Unless the placebo effect is extremely strong, it would appear I can readily move compared to a month and a half ago - thanks to these. One thing I’ve noticed more is cracking sounds in my joints - the type you can do with your knuckles and fingers, if so inclined. This isn’t a problem. All in all, I’d say give them a go to see if they work for you.
