A: The laminate would likely make this bigger than A5 unless cut down exactly to A5 size, then yes it would fit.

**Q: can the spine label be replaced.**
A: The one I purchased did not have a spine label feature. Used Brother P Touch Label Maker when title required.

**Q: does it have a pocket on front?**

My A4 one does have a front cover pocket.

**Q: Is the front and back cover the same softness as the sleeves inside? If it’s too stiff it doesn’t stay open on the music stand**
A: Hi. No, the external cover is quite stiff and made from a clear wipeable 1mm thick polypropylene. Hope that helps.
