I never would have tried it in my own but received a sample in a monthly subscription service- I was hooked. I am a redhead so my skin is very fair and VERY sensitive. Every other retinol product I’ve tried has irritated my (already) red skin. I can’t explain it- this product actually CALMS my skin- it has never looked better. The smell is great, very mild. Just treat yourself and go for it!!
