The sound portion works as described.  Warning 1 - if you're looking to use sound recordings such as hypnosis recordings, they sound garbled.  For relaxation music, it works fine.Warning 2 - I like a low profile pillow.  It works best for my neck.  I was quite surprised when it came and was more the size of small throw pillow than a standard sleep pillow (12x18 and 3" in height).  I have to use a folded towel under it to bring it to a comfortable height.  I have adjusted to some of the short-comings and it does help me sleep better.

    Disappointing. Bluetooth drops and it’s uncomfortable.

I wanted to love this pillow. I did, at first. The Bluetooth hooked up and there were wonderful sounds coming out of the pillow. I could feel my brain calm down and I was drifting off to sleep. Then the sound stopped. The Bluetooth connection had dropped. I dragged myself out of nearly-sleep and fixed it, but after a few minutes it dropped again, this time with a loud beep. The third time was the charm and it seemed to last, at least until I fell asleep. The sound undeniably is very restful. Unfortunately, for my preferences, anyway, the pillow is super uncomfortable. After one night on it my neck was screaming, and I had even gotten the slim version. I love the concept, and think it has huge potential, but in my opinion, there are still bugs to be fixed and at the moment it isn’t worth the hefty price tag.
