No puedo hacer la devolución puesto que el destino de uso final es Panamá y no tengo como devolverlo. No tengo opción de soporte. Support confirmed it sounded like a hardware failure and there was no hard reset available for the device. So even if it's a firmware issue or could be cleared with a hard reset it's not possible. They just stopped responding to my ticket and didn't even try to sell me a replacement. I have some other devices from this brand and there are quite good quality typically. We are working on it and it may be available on April. **Q: Can the rechargeable battery be replaced, in case it goes bad?** A: I guess you can replace it. It’s a special size Li battery but I suppose you can buy one someplace. I’ve had 10 of the GSP8 that I use for work for more than 2 years and never had to replace the batteries. They automatically recharge when you plug them into a USB port.
